where should i start...?? so all of us met at Facebook...now dont ask why n how...!!! we met coz we all share Harsh...hehehe....n jab we met na we bacame crazy4harsh...(:))...we are from very different locations n all but we still love each other n ofcourse harsh...i'll give a lil intro about all of us....okie lets begin....

Starting from myself....m Marium Sheikh(Ria) from Karachi Pakistan...m a fresh graduate n a Teacher...my kids at School just love me coz m very Easy-Going n Friendly...they call me miss sunshine...

Rukha Salman ... she is from Lahore,Pakistan ... she is a Sweetheart... she loves Harsh as much as i or any1 else in our group does....ummmm i guess Harsh is REALLY LUCKY...!!!

Priya..she is really Simple...she is from Srilanka...n she is the Best in making VM's(video mixes on utube)...

Arfa Hai .... not really an Emotional girl really not easy 2 impress her at all,,serious towards her Future life,very Ambitious,Straight Forward...she stays in Peshawar...

We first noticed him as Cadet Ali Beigh in Left Right Left and then as Prem Juneja of Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil he stole every one's heart. Yes I am talking about the new TV sensation- Harshad Chopra

Harshad was born on 17th May 1983 in a small place Gondia near Nagpur, Maharashtra. Then after completing his 12th he moved to Pune with his family where he did his computer engineering.
After completing his studies, Harshad moved to Mumbai where he auditioned for Zee's serial- Mamta and successfully got the role. In this serial, Harshad played a negative role. Though Harshad was not even noticed in the serial but his journey of becoming an actor actually started.

Then he got the hit serial Left Right Left where he played Cadet Ali Beigh and with this role Harshad captured the hearts of million of telly viewers all across the globe.

After LRL, Harshad did Sony's show- Amber Dhara where he was in main lead. But soon he left the show due to certain misunderstandings with the production house. And then he entered Ekta's camp with serial- Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil.

which has made lots of his female fans crazy.

As Prem Juneja in Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil, Harshad became so close to his fans that when his track in the serial was put to an end, the makers got lots of online petitions and messages to bring Harshad back on the show. And on high public demand Harshad is made to re enter in the show very soon
Apart from serials Harshad has also done a Bengali film. He has also done many ramp shows. He has also won the best smile title in Mr. India contest 2006. He was the first runner up in Mr. Pune 2004 competition where he also won the best physique award. In TV industry too he has won many awards for KDMHMD.

Nowadays Harshad is also a part of Nach Baliye 4 where he is finding a dance partner under the segment Talaash e Baliye. So, all his female fans have a good chance to be close to their favorite star.

Harshad Chopda has a fan following. Everytime a 20-something walks up to him, he quickly hands Harshad a pen and paper, and shoots, My mother simply loves you. Its complimenting, but a little crushing too, Chopda, Prem on Stars Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil realises that youngsters hardly tune into Hindi TV serials. Going by our 12-hour working shifts, even we dont watch telly, chips in Aditi, Heer of Kis Desh. All dressed up as the blushing bride, she says shes come in character. Trust me, the number of lehngas Ive worn on the show, the charm for the real one has gone. I dont want to see another bridal outfit, laughs the 20-year-old who left her fashion designing course at Symbiosis and joined Balaji. But I still harbour modelling and fashion designing dreams, she chirps. In town to search for a winner, a fan number one for Star Parivaar Awards 2009 to be held in June, the romantic lead of Kis Desh feel that Star Parivaar is like a big picnic where everyone has a field day. But, there is always a sense of competition, Aditi slips in quietly. Yeah, because I know Im quite down and out when I dont get an award, Harshad, FYI, was Mr Best Smile on Grasim Mr India, and also bagged the New Sadasya award last year on Star Parivaar Awards. Here I am, a boy from Gondia, near Nagpur, an engineering student in Pune who made it to stardom, Harshads finally living his dream of being an actor. I still remember my first audition when they said were taking you only because you match the character sketch and well pay less. Acting was something I learnt on the job, he says. From playing a negative role in Mamta, to a youthful boy on Left Right Left, a positive guy on Ambar Dhara and now a intense romantic lead in Kis Desh, Harshad feels he has evolved in these four years, something that has not made him miss the big screen. I dont plan, but when it happens, Ill take it, he shares.
In a way, theyve both started living the lives of their characters....sometimes, there is a blur between the real and the reel, but thats in every job. Just here, Id like it if tracks arent stretched beyond a year for then stories get diluted and boring, you end up losing an audience. Also, trends get locked in stereotypes, and creativity is the victim. Everyone wants to play safe, and nobody wants to try new stuff like for instance, I love light entertainers Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai...wish there were more serials with a feel good factor, feels Harshad. As for Aditi whos been a hardcore K serial watcher since ninth grade, I wish women would do more than just getting married on screen! Our sentiments too.

Harshad Chopra aka Prem from Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil has been nominated for two categories in Star Parivaar Awards - Favorite Yogya Jodi and Favourite Naya Sadasya (Male) compared to his counterpart Additi in the serial who has been nominated for three categories. But Harshad does not feel jealous about the fact that Additi has bagged three nominations and he two. He says, "Why should I be jealous. It's good that people have appreciated our work and getting nominations itself is a big thing. How many nominations one gets does not matter." He adds, "I am 100% confident that I would win both the awards. I have to win it at any cost otherwise my team will not leave me." Harshad along with his co-actor Additi will be performing at the awards nite and is looking forward towards as it is his first year at Star Parivaar and it is also the first time he will be performing on stage.

He is enjoying playing Prem for Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. Guess why? Because he is a die-hard Salmaan Khan fan and Prem is now almost his hero's pet name. Of course, how lucky can anyone get? Yes, we are talking about Harshad Chopra — Ali of Left Right Left. If that still does not ring a bell, then he is Akshad of Amber Dhara, who did a disappearing act in the middle of the serial.
We catch him along with his co-star for Kis Desh …Aditi Gupta at The Taj –17. The duo has come to town for promoting the serial (what else?). Harshad is the talkative one between the two and as he grabs the mike, we come to know about this small town guy who landed up in the televille via Grasim Mr India contest. Yes, he won the Best Smile contest, way back in 2006-07, but could not clinch the title. Well, that did not stop our guy who was studying in Pune at that time to audition for Mamta. And he managed to get the role of Karan. "Before Mamta happened, I was trying out everywhere. This serial gave me a proper platform and also the power to chose the characters I play now."
But playing Ali in Left Right… was the most exhilarating experience for this actor. "I am a small town guy myself and playing that simpleton character came naturally because Ali was someone I could relate to."
The character he is playing in Kis Desh Mein…is close to his heart too. "It is character which is passion, rawness, young and so many different shades to it." How does he go about selecting his roles? "I don't go with a pre-conceived notion. If the character appeals to me, I take it." Given a chance, Harshad would like to play some strong character.
Aditi's story is of a simple college girl who never dreamt of becoming an actor. This is her first serial and she plays the role of Heer Maan. Heer is a lawyer by profession, not a rebellious character but fights for the cause she believes in. "I was doing a fashion designing course from Pune when I was almost forced to take an audition for Kis Desh Mein…" What attracted her was of course the role she was offered. And what attracted the Balaji to select her as Heer, we ask. "My innocent face," comes the reply.

i just wanted to say that i first saw Harshu in Left Right Left... and i was like wow!!! the guy is cool...
but my madness started when he came on screen as PREM... i am so much in love with the charecter(and actor off course) that i cant express in words...

Star Plus' move to shift Kish Desh to the afternoon band has angered its fans, so much so that they feel the channel has been unfair to the show in the past few months..
Star Plus' decision to move Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil to the afternoon slot has not impressed it fans. They allege that the channel has been unfair to this Balaji show.

Telly Buzz had a chat with some Deshians ( Kish Desh fans on India-Forums). This is what they had to say on the above matter. "The channel has not aired any new promo of Kis Desh for a month. The last promo was aired as early as June 2009. Our show recently went through a leap and that leap was not promoted at all! But even after no promotion, the TRP's rose. Just imagine the potential the show has if, it's properly promoted? Star Plus biasness to Kish Desh is telling."

The fans go on "Kish Desh which currently telecasts at 8.30 pm mostly has a young adult's audience who, during the afternoon are busy with college or work. In this situation, obviously it's TRP's will dip( when moved to an afternoon slot) and the channel will then have an excuse to shut it down. They blamed this attitude on differences between the production house and the channel.

They further point out that till very recently, "Kis Desh has been the number 3 show on Star Plus, with an average TRP' of 2.7, and last week it reached 3.11. This Harshad Chopra show was also number 2 at the 8:30 time slot. The numero uno being Jai Shri Krishna on Colors, with a mere difference of 0.2-0.3 compared to Kis Desh".

The angry Deshians feel that their eternal love story (Kish Desh) is much better than the new show Sajan Ghar Jaana Hain, which will replace it at 8.30 pm from 5th August. "Sajan is a typical tear jerker that housewives watch and cry with. Don't you think that is is more apt for an afternoon slot?", they question.

Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil(STAR Plus) has moved five years ahead and so have the characters. But Heer and Prem who got separated again before the leap will re-unite post leap through their daughter Chahat, who will act as a common link.A source informs, "Heer (Additi Gupta) and Prem (Harshad Chopra) who got separated five years back will re-unite again in the show. Their daughter Chahat (Muskaan Ullal) who stays with her mom will help in this. Chahat will meet her father first while she's playing with a ball and the ball will go and hit Prem. That is how they will meet, this relationship will grow and one fine day Prem will discover that Chahat is none other than his own daughter and then he will meet Heer."Muskaan's mother speaks on her daughter's role, "She is playing Chahat, Heer and Prem's daughter in the show. This is Muskaan's first television show. Before this, she has done many albums and many commercials. She auditioned for the role and immediately got selected."It has been four days since the 7 year old Muskaan has started shooting for the show. Her mother tells us, "Today is her fourth day of shooting and she has adjusted pretty well with everyone on the sets. Even the production is very cooperative and good, so she enjoys every bit of her shooting."Muskaan has done 25 commercials and she will be soon seen in an upcoming movie with Vinay Pathak.The entry of Muskaan Ullal as Chahat will be shown by early next week on Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil which airs from Monday to Friday at 8:30pm on Star Plus.

Viewers will see a makeover of Heer, introduction of four little kids and a fresh new love story of Prem-Heer post leap...
As we had exclusively reported earlier, Star Plus' Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil will take a leap of 6 years, and the story ahead will see the entry of four little kids in the show. According to our source, "The present track focuses on the separation of Prem (Harshad Chopra) and Heer (Additi Gupta). The leap will be aired coming Monday and there will be introduced four kids. Two kids Ananya and Rishabh have been finalized; there will be two more boys joining them who are yet to be casted". On the story line, our source adds, "Heer and Prem will have a daughter while Preet and Meher will have two kids, but they give one kid to Harman. There will be one more kid in the show". According to our source, "Heer will now lead a middle class life and will have a makeover. She will be seen working in a marriage bureau and will be seen clad in simple sarees and will have a sober look. Prem aka Harshad will be seen wearing glasses and Polo T-shirts and jacket". When talked to Harshad Chopra about the leap, he says, "We decided to take the leap as we wanted to add a new flavor, and with this leap the show will see some freshness". Harshad stresses on the fact that Prem-Heer separation will only bring in a new love story between the two post leap. "I will say that viewers will see the real love story of Prem and Heer now". Well, only time will tell whether the new love story will be liked or not. But as of now, it's the grief of their separation that hurts viewers!!

If you see him reach for his coat, you might as well put on yours, too. A Taurus man will seldom leave his woman alone with the wolves, unprotected, no matter how angry she's made him. Ria told me to put my feelings on the scrapbook, so that u can read. My feeling towards u is so special, Harshad. Noone has disturbed me as u've done. Actually I didn't see the soap from the beginning. When kis desh started i was in my final yr degree. After i finished my exams, i accidently watched ur drama in star plus. I felt u r a good looking guy. After i started watching it, in few days the star parivar awards was telecasted. I really don't know my heart felt that u should win the male new comer award where i was not so attracted to u at that time. When u won it my heart was beating fast with happiness. After that, i started watching the drama from the beginning in utube. (Thanks for the friends who uploaded ur drama in utube.) After that i was like so addicted to u. I can't sleep without seeing u atleast once everyday. I stay up even late nights being online and watching ur drama. I got scolded from my parents but i was so addicted (still the same). Then i started watching it regularly. I made an account in utube bcos of u. Started making VMs and uploaded them in utube. Today i got the name as BEST VM MAKER bcos of u. I upload the premeer scenes as well. I love reading the comments on the vms and scenes. The comments shows how much each and everyone loves u. Many, including me love u so crazily. I've got lot of friends in utube, fb & orkut.

When u left the show. I was so disturbed. I was crying silently for so many days. I made more vms as i was missing u so much. I made a vm where it says that "i'm waiting for u, pls come back". When i heard that u r coming back I was mad with happiness. I was not at all normal. I was so happy. And now i'm seeing different Harshu in kis desh. U r the best actor ever. U r the best person in character as well.

harshad fans dream come true! tired of looking on google,yahoo and i-f just to get some decent pics of harshad/prem/gaurav? welll....look no further cuz i have more thn a thousand!
